Beautiful but not user-friendly

There are no instructions for how to integrate this with my subscription service (Feedblitz). I’ve read in the forums to “add your code” but that’s not helpful if code is not your thing. I have no idea where the email addresses are going when readers use the box. It would be helpful if there were better instructions to get it functional.
