Beautiful, but manual orders don’t work

  • I love the look of this theme, however when I tried to exchange it for my current theme, I could no longer manually enter orders through the backend of woocommerce. The input areas for entering the customer would not search. I tried updating etc, no luck. Switch back to my previous theme and it all worked perfectly again. Hopefully future updates will improve this theme and then I can try again.

    Thank you for your feedback! I’ve checked what you said but I couldn’t replicate this issue. You can add orders manually and the input for searching customers works as well. We don’t mess with other plugins controls, hiding them or something like that. At least not voluntarily. The issues that you had may be from a bugged version of WooCommerce or another plugin that interferes with it.
