Be theme from muffingroup

Hi

I am having trouble using betheme from muffin group, they are claiming my server is the problem as its not wordpress ready, which is not the case as i don’t appear to have any problems with wordpress in general or any other themes.

they say its makes use of wp_remote_post() and wp_remote_get()functions and they can see they get this error back: which is causing the theme to not function and get all the files its needs.

however i can’t find anything that relates to the sittings required by a server to run it, i have asked them to send me the desired requirements for the a server to run their theme but the say there aren’t any.

please help, i’m going mad here being passed from pillar to post between my server host and the theme developers. both being as useless as each other.
