Don’t get me wrong, the theme is “ok”, but… The PRO version, wish has all the stuffs is 10 days money back Guarantee JUST about PHP errors, put this in mind before by or use the free version as some day you will need more from the free.
I bought the pro version just to see if the pro features fit my needs, but unfortunately it didn’t. Try a lot to adjust logos for cell and desktop, and another little things. I gave myself four days, after what I email them to ask for refund. What was my surprise when they told me that money back are just for PHP errors! This is not clear at there price pages, they did not even write this there, not even at site foot.
Another thing that let me so sad, they didn’t even ask about my troubles, or why the theme didn’t attend my needs.
So it’s really sad, as many others themes let you try them for at least 10 days with total money back guarantee…

Yes, you are right.
We have a very strict refund policy which is located in our footer area in Terms & Conditions page.
The saddest thing is that you never asked on our theme-vision website any support (and you had premium support on our forums page).
Once you asked a refund we gave you a straight answer on what occasions we actually accept refund requests and that is clearly stated on our Terms & Conditions page over 4 years now.
Anyway, this rating is not valid since you rate the Agama theme based on your rejected refund request experience.
