I recommend going with a different provider than VillaTheme. My experience as a customer with them was pretty poor.

I downloaded the plug-in before realizing that the additional subscription fees needed for the full “tracking service” to function were more expensive than other available plug-ins (the “free” options were more akin to trials or samples). I reached out to VillaTheme the same day of the download after realizing my mistake (during install), and while they were quick to respond, they were a hard no on any refund. They said they couldn’t issue one because their policy said no (which really means they just didn’t want to).

My advice if you do choose to go with them: READ EVERYTHING.

The point of contention for me was on page 25 of their documentation. I tried to explain that I would receive no benefit now for what I paid as I never even used it and that I had deleted the plugin in favor of a competitor (which is working great), but they said no, pointing to their strict no refund policy.

It took weeks of back and forth and now $30 gone to learn this lesson. But hopefully, this will help someone else out there avoid it. Their plug-in may be fine, but their service is not.

So be careful. I rec going elsewhere. And Good luck!

Our plugin is seamlessly integrated with several tracking services, including TrackingMore, Tracktry, Aftership, EasyPost, Cainiao, and 17Track. These services facilitate the connection to APIs for tracking customer orders directly from the tracking order page on the WooCommerce website. Indeed, we specify that these tracking services offer both Free and Paid plans based on their policy in our documentation (We collected this information from these tracking services, we were not selfthought and their service policy may change day by day). If a customer opts to use these services, he is required to find out more information or pay for the service. This crucial information is documented in our plugin’s user guide:?https://docs.villatheme.com/woo-orders-tracking/#B.-Connect-tracking-service-via-API

Furthermore, our plugin can function independently with the tracking service to track orders. We’ve previously outlined the solution in our earlier message, so you have the option to use or not the tracking service or track through the carrier link directly:?https://youtu.be/qXnw52ehX7A?si=AHm6MaEPRH2CnFMK
