be able to use featured images that aren't in the post body

  • Hello,
    We have a theme that places our featured image into a banner at the top of our posts. When using twitter cards meta, we also need to make that featured image part of the body of the post in order for it to show in twitter. Would it be possible to update to use the featured image regardless of whether it’s in the post body?

    Yes, This feature is already exists. it is possible to pull featured image for twitter card. In settings page there are 3 image option to choose image location.
    1. First image from content
    2. Featured image
    3. From a custom field
