Hi, I’ve added a BBC as an additional header which seems to work except that the BCC field and BCC’d address is visible in the inbox of the To: recipient.

I would not expect the BCC field to be visible. Is this a configuration issue?

    Thank you for your help.

    See Setting up mail

What email settings do you have in the Mail tab panel?

To protect personal data, hiding email addresses in the settings or replacing them with dummy addresses is strongly advised. You can also include screenshots.

I have established that the bcc field and email address only seems to be showing for a recipient within the same domain as the sending email. If the recipient is at a different domain the bcc does not seem to be showing.

For example, all contacts on our Contact Us page are at the same domain as the default domain for the sent email. My testing shows that each recipient can see the bcc address. However, I have added a ‘test contact’ who is not on the hosting domain and they cannot see the bcc when they receive the email.

    Thank you for your help.
