BCC duplicate mail

  • When we deposit a BCC, it always gets the mail twice.

    The customer and normal recipient gets the mail only once.

    How can we fix this? Or is there a possibility to send a mail to two recipients without BCC?

    Hi,

    Thank you for using our plugin.

We have tested your problem in our installations. But we cannot replicate your issue. You can use the CC function to send to two different mails. We see no other way.
Have you already tested whether the same issue occurs when using the CC function?

If you wish, we can test your form on our system. You need to send the export to our office mail.
