BCC and duplicated emails

  • I configure the Additional Email Headers: to get a BCC on others emails
    and i getting 2 emails (the original and the BCC).

    in the Additional Email Headers i use the indication like the documentation is.

    Any solution?

    i tried in our test area and it worked, please try again and if that does not work try a mailaccount and provider based alias.

    HI,

    in the backend you have the mail settings fo every form.
    It should work comma separated but if not use the “additional header” section and enter as described in the backend.
