Bcc and CC don’t send – it worked before

    Hello everyone,

    I have been using a contact form 7 form on our website for 2 years now. Suddenly the autoresponder would stop sending to the emails mentioned in the “additional header” field as Bcc recipients. This happened after moving our website from one provider to another.

    Any ideas what could be the problem?

    The autoresponder sends well to the first address mentioned in the “to:” field. But also fails to send to additional addresses mentioned in the “To:” field.

    What email settings do you have in the Mail tab panel?

    Hello Takayuki,

    the settings are all correct, just liked mentioned in “setting up mail”. It all used to work and I haven’t changed anything since. The only change was, that we moved our website from one host to another, but we did not change any settings in the contact form.

    To specify:

    I have an email address in the “to” field, another one in the “from” field and so forth…

    and the same for the second email (autoresponder). I’m using mail tags for some of the emails, but the are all valid and the mail tag in the “to” field of the autoresponder email works. only the additional header emails don’t go out. No matter whether I write a normal email into it or whether I use an email tag. Also in the “to”-field only the first email/mail tag mentioned receives the email. further recipients entered separated by a komma don’t get the email.

    Does that make sense? Thank you for your help! Sarah
