bbPress problems on blog

    hie I am getting this error when trying to access my blog . it crushed when i was updating the bbPress plugin . How do l solve this , i can even access the admin to deactivate the plugin .
    Below is the error message

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function pmpro_getOption() in /home/u177915946/public_html/fitness-show/wp-content/plugins/pmpro-bbpress/pmpro-bbpress.php on line 92

    i really need to get this fixed
