bbPress Missing Toolbar

  • Hello,

    After I installed bbPress 2.5.3 into WordPress 3.8.1, I have trouble getting the html editor toolbar working. This is the toolbar that you see right above the message text area when you post messages here at this forum.

    Here is what I did. When I switched to the theme Twenty Ten, I could see the toolbar fine. However, when I switched to a theme that I built from scratch, the toolbar is missing. So, I know I missed something in my theme, but can’t seem to find the solution. Can anyone provide some insight as to what codes in the theme files are responsible for making the toolbar appear properly above the text area?
