You removed the popup or its there? What shortcode do you mean?

Sorry for the delay , I finally could made some tests and the issue is between bbpress and the contact form. If you place the shortcode in a topic in won’t work either.

I recommend you changing to contact form 7, gravity form or ninja forms instead
