BBPress

Hello,
Will this work with a main site using bbpress and WordPress which is closely linked to a subdomain with listing theme? i.e. we have one effective site site.com and subdomain.site.com with the former using bbpress, both using woocommerce and th subdomain based on listingspro theme. Will I have to two instanced of the plugin?
