BBP Toolkit Plugin Causing Site to Run Slow

Hello!

We are noticing that the BBP plugin is causing our site to run slowly. Specifically, our host noticed this slow error log:

When we disabled the plugin the site performance go way better.

Any idea how to address this so that we can continue to use the bbp-toolkit plugin?
