bbp-st-topic-support topic-not-resolved notification position problem

I see that your notification

are put not on the list of notification buddy, but on the content near the icon number of notification.

Then, I do not understand one thing:
When there is a warning or a change in reporting, notification appears in the notification buddy.
But I is written to the status of the request.
If there are 2 request simultaneously, as marks that I have 2 open requests?
There is a page where you handle requests or only via forums.
If the forum is very large, how would I know where it was made the support request?

It is possible to have a function (reportable on graphics themes), which marks me with a number and a link to how and where these requests are open?
