bayes exploit flags. php

Hi. My website was hacked and (among other files), the scanning reports for wordfence/lib/flags.php is:

Bayes exploit probability score [medium probability]. There is also a series of strange signs like:,!,,,c Phm/pt etc.

What have I to do? Remove the plugin and re-install it?
