Batch upload affiliate programs into woocommerce?

Hi,
Is it possible to connect specific affiliate programs (i.e. from Rakuten) with a woocommerce store?
We have a woo store and would like to batch upload 100-500 programs from an affiliate network such as Rakuten into our store, using the affiliate terms and conditions.Thanks
