Batch Plug-In For XMP IPTC EXIF Tags

I am looking for a plug-in that would allow me to do a batch import of pictures into WordPress, and at the same time, modify the folliwng metadata:

WordPress Alt
WordPress Titel Text/Descrption
WordPress TagsDoes this plug-in allow for this?
