• Hi!
I am having trouble getting the batch move to republish my posts.
I have the base patch installed and current version. I am running php 5.4.27
First I select them all in the filter.
Then I check them all that are showing from the list.
I then select them all in the target category.
    And I then choose republish.

It starts to process, but the end result is no change in the posts time.
    Any recommendations?
    Thank You in advance ??

Hi, I wonder if you can give me some more information.

    • Did you put anything into the Date adjustment field?
    • How many posts did you select?
    • What do you see in the Results box?

BTW. The Republish process does not alter the category. If you want to do both then you will need to perform two actions.

PS. I have just found a bug. When trying to update the selected category from Uncategorized to another. If the post was only in Uncategorized then the new category gets added but the Uncategorized is not removed.
    Easy fix coming soon.

This is a REALLY valuable timesaving plugin – it’s amazing
that WP has no native possibility under bulk edit to change
the publication date of a bunch of posts.

Unfortunately, I did everything by the book, same as webtectonic,
but dates were not ammended and I got:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function date_add() in /var/www/vhosts/grumpyclient.com/httpdocs/ohdear/wp-content/plugins/oik-batchmove/oik-batchmove.php on line 68

Pls confirm date should be set as ‘+1 year’ and not ‘+1year’
Have tried various formats but same result.

    TIA
