Batch find & replace in multiple redirect rules

Hi,

Is there an easy way to batch find and replace a keyword in multiple redirect rules? Sometimes it is a bit inconvenient to do it manually.

If there is no such an option, then how is the redirect rules stored in the database? Can I perform a find & replace with Plugin such as “Better Search Replace”?
