Batch change ‘hide’ to ‘show’ for posts?

So if I change it for the category, will it override the ‘hide’ set for individual posts? I want everything to be set to show, but a ton of them are set on individual posts to ‘hide’,

It seems that the setting on the individual posts overrides the category setting.

Would I be able to use an sql query on the database to move all posts to ‘show’?

We have one functionality Hide AMP bulk tools. If you want to change your post to show you need to change like this: https://monosnap.com/file/BMOMqOseU5ED3hFi23p5R2rWzTXr74
If you want to hide it you need to change the option ‘Hide by Default’. It will hide all the posts and then change it to “Show”. So it will over-write all the “Individual” post settings and set them as “Show”.
AMP-> Settings-> Tools
