Batch attribute import

Hi
I wanted to know it there’s a way to import product attributes automatically instead of manually clicking “Add new” and dragging fields for each attribute. I have at least few hundred products, most of them with different attributes, some of them also being taxonomy.

All my attributes are nested in single attribute tag and each have field (is_taxonomy) that I want to use for setting “Is Taxonomy” and “Auto-Create Terms” option.
