    You can enter products into the basket, they display when hovering over the basket icon, but when you click on the basket and enter it there are no products? Ive updated everything, switched all the plugins off and back on one by one, changed back to std theme etc.. and its still doing it? Any suggestions or direction for next step? It also seems to be intermittent??

    Thanks for describing what you’ve already done!

    When products are added to the cart, but aren’t actually showing up in the cart, this is usually due to caching. You mentioned that you’ve already disabled all plugins, so that should have included any caching plugins.

    The next step is to reach out to your host to check on possible caching at host level. Here’s some background info to help with that:
