    Hi.

Great plugin, and it works well too.
Unfortunately I am having an issue where by when the user selects the product type followed by one of the Add-Ons, it does not update the basket items on page.

At the top of the page, I have a basket icon with the count of items in the basket. When the user clicks Add to Basket, the page performs some sort of AJAX call (at least it appears this way) – but the icon does not update. If I go into the cart page, I can see it is there in the basket.

How can I get this icon at the top to update with the correct count?? It was working perfectly before installing your plugin.

The theme I am using is Kallyas.

    Thank you!!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I can seem to get around this issue if I switch off the “enable AJAX based validation” – but I would like to retain the use of this if possible.

    Hi @sqlguru,

well sometimes when your cart is ajaxed based extra fields are not added to cart.

    Hi Nmedia

I have a similar issue. My “add to basket” button does not update the cart items in the header. Only on page refresh or when I open the basket I see the items added, and the cart in the header refreshed. I have tried with and without the “Enable AJAX add to basket buttons on archives” option.

I am using Divi + Divi Product Carousel plugins.
Really Simple SSL, Wordfence, Askimet and WP Server Stats are the others.
    Any ideas?

    Hi @fransschneider,

as you see above post, it was related to ajax add to cart, PPOM fields are not passed to to cart when ajax enabled.
