Basically working, support awful

Basically the plugin does what it should do well. But there are some weird things and we don’t know what causes this (e.g. if there’s a client logged in who shouldn’t be charged vat, vat is added to shipping costs, although we configured it so that it should be correct).
So we sent some questions to the developer through their website. We didn’t get any respond and I saw, that in the support forum here on www.remarpro.com they didn’t reply for 1 month on the most actual topics.
So I assume this plugin gets no development any more and purchasing should be avoided because of this reason.
