Basically still in BETA testing

  • This plugin does not appear to be a fully fledged plugin that should have been released to the public. Developers releasing “cutting edge” usability onto Joe Public is asking for problems. Develop then test then release as usable…Not impressed yet. Latest update of 2.6 throws another spanner in the works…Thanks but no thanks.

    As noted in the plugin readme.txt and in our release post, we use this feature plugin to among other things gather feedback about work we’re doing as a part of consideration for future releases in WooCommerce core. While it is intentional that the plugin contains bleeding edge features and blocks, we definitely are not intentionally releasing anything that would break peoples sites! If you’re experiencing bugs or functionality you don’t expect, we’d love to hear more because that helps guide the work we do before anything lands in WooCommerce core.

    We certainly realize that not every store or merchant would like to use this plugin for those reasons, but that’s exactly why we release this work as a plugin so that merchants have the freedom to stick to what’s in WooCommerce if they don’t want to try out these features in advance.

    I hope that helps clarify the purpose of the plugin!
