I have a simple gallery with 20 images. All the filenames match the format:

    SpringCruiseMay2021_nnnn.JPG (where nnnn is a 4-digit numeric)

All the display names are set to:
    SPCRMay21nnnn (same nnnn)

The post where I have embedded:
    [ngg src=”galleries” ids=”14″ display=”basic_imagebrowser”]

Refuses to advance past the first image.
All of the description and tag boxes for all of the images are empty/blank.

Clicking neither arrow causes the image to change.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @beargfr,

It looks like a conflict with a different plugin. Let’s try to temporarily deactivate ZM Ajax Login & Register plugin to see if that’ll resolve the problem with the navigation.

As ref the title captions – you can check within “Manage Galleries” to see if you can custom edit these.

No, disabling that plug=in does not correct the problem.
I’m able to edit the gallery.

    Hi @beargfr,

Could you please try temporarily deactivating the other plugins as well and leave NextGen Gallery plugin as the only active plugin then also temporarily switch to a theme from Twenty series to see if the navigation works in this context?

Seriously? The set of plugins I’m running are plugins that I need in order to deliver our service. Likewise, for the theme. Let’s say I do what you ask and it works. Are you then going to tell me I have to run the site that way? Well, I can’t and I won’t. I’m open to the idea that the cause might be coming from something other than the Nextgen Gallery plugin, but it would be much better to have a way to diagnose where the problem is instead of just randomly guessing at things.
