basic version was deleted, cannot use premium version

I have been using the basic plugin and the premium plugin for a few months. Now I get a message in Word Press that I have to install the basic plugin to be able to use Premium.
“You need to activate MailPoet version 4.38 or higher before you can use this version of MailPoet Premium”
I then realised that the Basic plugin has disappeared. A new installation fails with an error message. What could be the problem? I have tried the reinstallation directly from the WordPress selection as well as with a downloaded zip file. no

Solution for me: Remove Mailpoet premium and reinstall:
