Since the last update all my galleries are displayed stacked on top of each other. I use Basic Thumbnails settings and I did not change anything, but now there is only one column. The number of columns is set to 0.
Also, the lightbox seems to have stopped working. I already tried to re-install the plugin but it did not change the behavior.
    Any ideas?

    Hi @wlancholie,

I would check for any existing conflicts in your site (if you can deactivate your other plugins.

1.- Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.

2.- Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.

3.- If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

Note: we always recommend performing a full website backup before any troubleshooting.
Please let us know how it goes.

There seems to be a conflict with a plugin by my webhoster siteground.com.
I fixed the problem by deactivating SG Optimizer.

    Thank you
