basic things aren’t working

can you list what plugins you’re using and what theme?

All my plugins are disabled and I’m using xLander theme from Themeforest https://themeforest.net/item/xlander-premium-landing-page-template/9256425

leave plugins disabled and revert back to the default wordpress theme and see if the problem goes away. if it does then, as it’s a premium theme that you paid for, you need to go back to themeforest and the developer for support…
