That didnt help really. Let me explain in more details what I want:
– I created a form that I attached to a popup
– the form is to be used by multiple different pages
– Each time the popup opens on a page I wanted to have the name of the page at the top.

example:
from a page that offer jobs (https://www.limeschopped.co.uk/contact/jobs/), when someone click on a link and open the job description page, I want the job title to appear at the top using the welcome intro, if possible?

The plugin is not designed to do what you describe above without some code hacking or possibly adding a function. However I have submitted a message to the plugin developer to investigate further your request.
