On my product page we have quite a few reviews, and you have to scroll all the way through them to get to the actual review form on the page. This is not very user friendly.

Is there a way with this plugin to improve this experience? I’d like to provide a link that goes directly to a basic review form so I can easily request reviews from people without having to explain that they need to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.

I feel like I must be overlooking something simple. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

EDIT: I see that I can use a short code for this, but when I enter this: [cusrev_qna products=”1682″] into a Gutenberg shortcode block I’m getting this error when trying to save the page/post:

Updating failed. Unexpected token 'Q', "Q & A are "... is not valid JSON

EDIT 2: I did it in Divi and that seems to work, but then it told me I didn’t have Q&A enabled in settings. Now I’m seeing this isn’t what I thought it was. I just want a basic review form exactly like what’s shown at the bottom of all the reviews on the product page, but on its own page with nothing but the form. Doable?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

If you use the standard reviews section on the product page, you can go to admin area > Reviews > Settings > Review Extensions tab > Enale options:
    – Visual Style: CusRev (enhanced user interface)
    – Enable Review Form
    – Enable Reviews Summary Bar
then you will see a button in the Review summary bar area to add a new review.

We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If you still require any help, please start a new forum topic.
