    Hi,

So I’ve installed your plugin and half my existing plugins have now gone an opaque grey color and don’t respond to clicking on them.

Also, do I need to do anything else now I’ve installed it or is all my stuff now backed up automatically?

Third, if something does go wrong, where do I access the back up and how to I reinstall?

    Step by step please…

    Thanks,

    Nico

I’ve worked out how to do the rest, but my plugins are all this funny grey colour??

    Thanks

    Hi,

Could you try to temporarily deactivate the other plugins? Do you still get the same issue?

    Hi,

Thanks so much for getting back to me.

That’s would take a while. Was just wondering if there was quick fix or if it was a known or my error

    Hi,

Can you explain exactly what you mean by saying your plugins have gone grey? What in particular is grey? Can you send a screenshot?

    David
