Basic install does not work properly.

I set up an ad group with two simple banner ads using the standard or default configuration for my ads, so nothing fancy or complicated and was unable to get my ads to consistently display using a widget, it would either show one of my ads or no ad at all, but seemed to log impressions for the blank ad that I would usually see.

No errors or warnings are shown in the JavaScript browser console and my images were hosted locally and not blocked, and would sometimes show.

I use WP Super Cache, but clearing or disabling the cache plugin had no effect.
