Basic Gallery is not presented in the page

    Hello Everyone
    Hope to get your help, I have a website that has 2 languages (English and Hebrew )
    In the “Press & Media” Page everything works fine – the basic gallery is presented and then a short video.
    In the Hebrew version “Press & Media” – only the video is presented and the basic gallery is not.
    Can you please advise why?

    By the way, we tried to figure this issue in a different forum but they suggest to post this issue here

    Since you are referring to a Pro feature on your website (the Elementor gallery), you’ll need to open a support ticket at my.elementor.com.

    www.remarpro.com rules state that commercial products are not supported here.

    I am not using the Emelentor Pro version, I am using the free version.
    there is a gallery in the free version

    I’d like to apologize for any confusion.

    To proceed, it would be helpful if you could send a screenshot of how the basic gallery appears in your Elementor editor.

    If the editor version has the gallery while the live version does not, you may want to try some of the steps outlined here to start.

    Hi gilt
    Still issue not solved it’s happened on another page
    I would like to get help with the mobile gallery that is missing.
    I created 2 pages, an English version, and a Hebrew version.
    The English version of the page works fine, meaning there is a gallery below the title “The collection” while in the Hebrew version there is not.
    I tried to solve the problem with his guide but it’ didn’t work.
    Can you please advise?
