Basic form not working

    just testing the plugin to see if it is what I need
    I can’t get any calculation to work
    field 1 input
    field 2 result
    formula field_1 + 5
    result {result}
    result does not show on page

    can’t update to latest WP version just yet
    please can you give me a screen print or an example I can try
    could it be incompatible with my WP set up?
