• I am familiar with HTML but PHP is new to me. I would like to be able to edit my template so that the sidebars have additional information static on all the pages. In my editor I have left_sidebar.php but do not know how to add anything to it. In the list of editable pages there is no right sidebar file and right_sidebar.php does not work. My URL is https://www.marketingartfully.com and I would gladly trade some niche marketing help for some PHP help if that would be appropriate!
Thank you in advance for any assistance!

sidebar.php – normally IS the right sidebar, by default. Just open it in a plain text editor, edit it and after that upload it to your site.
Do NOT use the online theme editor: it doesn’t have an UNDO button!

I checked that and no file is found with that name BUT I also emailed the programmer and hopefully he can help. Are those kinds of questions for this forum? I want to make sure I am asking the right people!!! Thank you for your time….Tara

you didnt look in the right place for the file. Its inside the theme directory, along with the rest of your theme files. Proof of it’s existence is right here:
