I have a basic Tablepress table (2 columns) tablepress id=tablepress-1
The column by default seems to set the overall width to 1120px. However, I can’t find this setting anywhere on the table editor. The first column is very wide (1020 pixels) the column is only about 100 pixels.
Why? Where or how can I define the width of these columns?
Where or how can I change the overall width of the table?

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

Normally, the table takes up 100% of the content area width that the them designates. How this 100% is split between the columns depends on the content of the columns – or it can be influenced by other theme CSS.

Normally, setting your own widths with “Custom CSS” code works fine, see https://tablepress.org/faq/column-widths/

Can you please post a link to the page with the table where this problem happens, so that I can take a direct look? Thanks!

    Regards,
    Tobias
