Basic and Pro not functioning

I had the free version prior and if i entered an event it would show up everyday until the event was scheduled for. That is if and when i was able to add an event to the calendar. So I bought the pro version and it functions the same exact way. Right now its not displayed on the web page at all because I cannot populate it with events.
