BasePress Knowledgebase & Section Pages Not Working on Oxygen Builder

    Hi there, first of all, thank you for the awesome plugin ??

    Actually I am using BasePress free version with Oxygen Builder and I have installed this plugin as well.

    I have created a separate template and assigned knowledgebase on Single and taxonomy then used the shortcode [basepress-oxygen] as well.

    Main Kb archive and article pages are working fine that you can check following the URLs:
    Main KB Page: https://syncwin.dev/notes/
    KB Article Page: https://syncwin.dev/notes/wordpress/elementor/lorem-ipsum/

    But it seems like Knowledgebase & Section Pages are not working and they are automatically redirected to the blog page.

    Kindly help me fix this issue as I couldn’t find any documentation on your official website.

    Hi there, I have found the solution myself. Actually I just changed the Oxygen Template Priority from 0 to 10 and the problem got fixed automatically.

    Hi Wasim,

    I am happy you got it to work!
    I’ll remember to add a note in the instructions to increase the priority in the template as that is not always obvious.
