Based on Cart Total?

Looks interesting but I have a few questions:

Is it possible to have the installment plan only available if the cart total is above, for example, ￡100? Not per product?

Can the customer log in and pay an ammount they like – in other words, not have automatic monthly payments?

Can the we set it to do this scenerio:
– Pay a 25% deposit
– Pay balance at a later date
