Just having base64 by itself doesn’t signify anything. It’s there but looking at the line for 15 seconds it’s unclear to me why that’s needed. Let’s ping the author. ??

Thanks for the info. This file seems to belong to Option Tree plugin. I checked Option Tree also. I hope it’s all right.
