    Please read:

I searched through a vanilla WordPress install (only iTSec Plugin installed) for the string “data:image/gif;base64” and got 2 results:

    wp-includes\js\plupload\plupload.full.min.js
    wp-includes\js\tinymce\tinymce.min.js

Note I only searched through .php, .css and .js files.
You can do a similar search in your env in an attempt to identify the source of the base64.

Anyway, the iTSec plugin doesn’t seem to make use of this technique.
