    Hi,

    Can someome please tell me how we get our product barcodes synced across to our Zettle account as currently we have to input them again into Zettle manually.

    Have you already reviewed our documentation? You can find the 2 documents concerning Barcodes here:

    If that didn’t help, we need to have a closer look into your setup and would like to see the System Report and the Zettle logs. You can copy the logfiles from here:
    – WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
    – WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “zettle-pos-integration-\[…\]” in the dropdown and click on view.

    I have entered the barcode by typing it in the location at the variations according to the instructions at the link. And after syncing Zettle doesn’t recognize the barcode when scanning for a sale.

    Can you provide a solution?
