There is also WooCommerce Products Barcodes released very recently, although this does not seem to work with product variations.

Please note: barcode generation will be coming to the next version of WooCommerce POS Pro, but this will not be ready before the 9th.

Barcode generation is on the roadmap for version 0.5. There is no release date for 0.5, but if you’re really keen for updates you can keep an eye on the GitHub commits to see what I am currently working on.
