Bar Transparency?

First of all great plugin!
I’ve been using it for quite some time now, after searching and testing every cookie notice plugin out there I found this one to be excellent.

I was wondering is there any way to make the cookie notice bar transparent? With a custom css code maybe?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
