Bar over menu disappeared

Hi! I’m noting an issue that the Business Hours Indicator (plugin) header bar that was at the top of the site seems to be hiding behind the menu, so how can I restore it? (If you pull down on the header or slider, you can see it briefly say something like “We’re open” before it disappears.) Otherwise it’s a Divi site, but it’s all working as expected except for this. Changing up z-index doesn’t seem to help. Ideas?
