Bar not showing on home page unless logged in

  • I have it set for ‘all pages’ and ‘all users’. The bar isn’t showing up in FF, incognito window, Safari, Edge on the home page only, fine on other pages.

    It only shows on the home page when logged in, but I have it set to ‘all users.’

    Edit: I got this working but only by changing users to ‘not logged in.’
