Bar is not completely hidden when I close it

I checked the “Close Bar on Button Click” option but the bar is still showing partly after click the button. Even more, if you click on its lower edge you will go to the link in the Message.

Could be any not loaded js? I could add a javascript to the Settings for “definitely close this bar”?
